Agbayani Construction Corporation (ACC) commenced its humble beginnings as a tenant improvement contractor in the early 1980’s, primarily performing renovation work for residential communities. The business immediately expanded to commercial facilities in and around San Francisco, California. The projects always involved sweeping scopes of work and typically included upgrades to HVAC systems.
Over the next 20 years, ACC expanded its’ General Construction operation to include Total Facilities Support Services. Our General Construction Division, focusing on tenant improvement, moved into Public Works, City, State, and Federal Work. Our Total Facilities Support Services took the company nationwide, performing Facilities Maintenance and Family Housing Maintenance contracts in multiple states, including: California, Washington, Georgia, Louisiana, Hawaii, and Guam (a U.S. Territory). At its peak, ACC performed multi-year maintenance, repair, and alteration contracts for more than 30,000 homes nationwide. Working on all sizes of HVAC systems is a standard item included in our scope of work, in a majority of our General Construction, and in our Facilities and Family Housing Maintenance contracts.
Our corporate experience and expertise organically grew over the last 30 years, from servicing the private homeowner to the largest customer in the world, the U.S. Federal government. Upon considering our inherent wealth of experience & expertise in the residential and commercial HVAC work, ACC created the Agbayani Heating and Air Conditioning Division in 2007.
Today, ACC’s HVAC Division maintains a full complement of support services in Northern California and the U.S. Territory – Guam, while seeking to expand even further. In October 2011, ACC obtained Goodman dealership status in California and functions as a fully operational distributor in the island of Guam.
